EP155: Ruso Milton

Episode 155 features esteemed author and literary powerhouse Ruso Milton. Ruso stops by the show to chat with Brandy about his writing process, published books, and upcoming projects. Ruso shares that he began writing at a young age. His dream of becoming a published author came to fruition in 2014 when he released his first book titled Ruso’s Thoughts and Recipes Volume 1 and 2: The Bullshit Stops Here. His first book is a collection of vivid short stories with thought-provoking themes and relatable characters.  Unlike many writers, Ruso has the intrinsic ability to captivate the minds of both adults and children. His next book is a children’s book called Don’t Judge a Book By Its Cover. Miso is fueled by his creativity and challenges others to understand the value of reading. His motto for his brand is to “Make Reading Cool Again.” While many are influenced by social media, television, and blogs; Miso explains that true knowledge and power are in books. Miso also gives details on his upcoming projects.  He is releasing a children’s book called I Am Beautiful which should be out by the end of October 2020. He is also publishing a third children’s book called Bishop the Bully which will hopefully be released by the end of 2020. Miso is also working on a short film called Forbidden Secrets which sounds tantalizing and will be for mature audiences only. He hopes to have his books available in Walmart stores soon. Miso is a wonderful writer with a phenomenal way with words. We are sure that he will reach his goal of being on the New York Times Best Seller list soon.
