Mr. Hank’s himself comes back on the podcast for the first time since 2020; when he first jumped off the porch and into the truck. He updates us on his journey as we approach the last 72 hours before opening his first brick and mortar restaurant called “Hank’s.” Chris tells how important it is to have a solid team as well as the significance his family has to the brand. He explains why he does not consider himself a chef, how a restaurant was never in the plan, and that he is just a hustler that has tried many hustles to get to where he is today.
